[OpenVerse] New Server listing

Hello,

The ORT is now generating a dynamic list of servers which are registered to it.
this allows for a real-time web listing of active OpenVerse servers available
for users to connect to.

IF YOUR SERVER IS NOT IN THIS LIST, WHY NOT?

If you need assistance registering with the ORT, please let me know.
