        * CRUISE - AVATAR command now checks numeric values to be sure
          they are numbers.

        * CRUISE - Fixed the annoying cascading color code bug. Thanks to
          Utopian for abusing the hell out of this bug.

Tue Apr 11 22:33:12 EDT 2000            Beta 0.8.3 in progress.

        * CRUISE - PUSH and MOVE now do some checking of the parameters
          passed to it.

Tue Apr 11 21:59:04 EDT 2000            Beta 0.8.3 in progress.

        * CRUISE - NewPerson wasn't checking the values passed to it. It
          is now and will ignore badly formatted new user announcements.

Tue Apr 11 17:32:45 EDT 2000             Beta 0.8.3 in progress.

        * CRUISE - Implemented a too many connections from the same host
          feature setting within the server/server config. (You can thank
          jack)
