[OpenVerse] Server shutdown

I connected a client to my server, reconsidered, and shut down the server. 
The client was smart enough to detect this and change the Disconnect button
back to Connect, but after restarting the server and clicking Connect I was
greeted with:

You cannot change rooms until the room image which you are currently in
finishes downloading.  You'll notice when this happens : )

I don't know what mechanism the client has to detect server kills, but I
think that it should completely cancel the room image download so that
reconnections are possible.
