JOpenVerse!!

Hello all,
I am currently writting a java client for OpenVerse. 
One will be a applet/proxy combo so you'll be able to use 
OpenVerse thru your web browser given that you can view java 2 
applets, and one as a standalone java application (most likely 
a .jar file) that will need Java 1.3 (java 2) jre (which i can 
destribute legally (stupid java[tm]).

It will be multithreaded, and can view multiple rooms 
at once thru tabbed panes. Also auto picture resizing(if image 
is too big) and multiple look-and-feel options( the java 
default look that kinda resembles a gtk metal theme, the 
windows, motif, and mac), and whatever else pops in my head will 
be included given that is doesnt make the application unusable.

Just in case you were wondering why i making a proxy 
server to go along with the applet, it is because applets can 
only open sockets to localhost, so the proxy. The proxy and 
applet have to be on the same host, but can connect to any 
OpenVerse server (thru the proxy). Also will probably include 
an applet version that doesnt need a proxy, that runs on the 
same host as the OpenVerse server itself.
