        * CRUISE - Updated the help section for OpenVerse language
          abilities.

        * CRUISE - Translation is really completed now :) I had forgotten
          to do the panels before. I've made four "fun" translations they
          are.... ValSpeak, Sweedish Chef, Piglatin, and of course....
          JIVE! :) Choose them from the setup and restart OpenVerse to
          activate them.
