[OpenVerse] ORT stuff

Heya,

First off  some credits on the ORT...

Josh put a bunch of banners together for rooms which I'm hosting. I like them
lots.

You'll notice a new subway image.. unununium did some edits on the windows of
the ORT and I put sometings pleasant to look at in the windows this afternoon.
Have a look.

The whole ORT idea stemmed from echo's idea of a meta server. I argued about it
for prolly a month before deciding a vehicle was the best idea. Not sure who
said a vehicle but the metaserver idea goes to echo.

Secondly...

Anyone who is running a server and needs assistance getting their server
connected to the ORT please let me know.. It's not a elietist club or
anything.. Your server must register with the ort, once it does the ort will
stop there on a regular basis. If you do not register, it will not come.
