Strange...

Tell me.  Did you get different values when you used %x and %X?

If not, then we know where the bug lies and should write Scriptics about it.

If so, then the popup menus must be doing some really strange and
uncalled-for math that subtracts the upper-lefthand corner of the Tk window
from the coordinates they are supposed to appear it.  If this is the case,
then we could add the upper-lefthand coordinates of the Tk window to the
coordinates sent to the popup menu maker command to counteract its bug.
