[OpenVerse] Spam Prevention - List is now moderated.

Hello,

  Looks like the spammers have found this list. Postmasterdirect.com seems to
be spamming this list. I've banned the domain but it won't stop spammers in the
future from polluting this list so I've made the list moderated.

  This means you will have a delay before seeing your messages on the list
untill I get to my email to approve them. I hate spammers.
