[OpenVerse] The WorkShop - Cruise fixed bugs

This will be the second test release of 0.8-3 with big fixes reported by
Eclipse and others.

This also fixes an endless loop bug in the fix code which some of you had. If
you already upgraqded, UPGRADE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

        * CRUISE - Fixed a bug eclipse found in the URLs where if you had
          a url option window open and you tried to select another url it
          would generate an error.
        
        * CRUISE - Fixed the problems with variable fonts variable width
          fonts and assoociated problems by completely re-doing the
          balloon formula. It's right on the money now and every font I
          tried in windows and in Linux seemed to work great. One small
          problem, some fonts will use more CPU than others when
          determining the area they will take up. Choose a font which
          works best for you. Balloons are a little squarer than they were
          before.
