[OpenVerse] Web Page modified to be more friendly.

Using the suggestions Calvin made, I've broken the web page up
to be a bit more friendly. Have a look over at http://openverse.org/

A couple of people are doing some mock ups for a replacement web page. this is
just a change until something better comes along. I think it should increase
the number of users who download the software, I feel the page looks much less
intimidating now.
