[OpenVerse] Whole Lotta Changes Going On

Heyas,

   A whole bunch of changes are now on the CVS. Too much stuff to list here so
look at the CVS changelog for more information. I'm almost ready for a new
release, just need to get the sending of personal information happening and
tested out.
