[OpenVerse] More changes

Hello,

  Made some more changes today. You can now right click on a name tag to get
all the same options you get from the names menu. I have not decided on the
best way to transfer the stuff from the personal information menu yet but I
hope to do that this evening. I'm about to drive Beavis to the airport as he is
heading back today and on the return trip I'll ponder the personal info dilema
and come up with a solution so this feature will be available in tomoro's
release.

  All this stuff is on the CVS and as usual, see the CHANGELOG there for
details on the above.
