[OpenVerse] Lurker or stealth mode...

Precedence: bulk

Recently I've seen several folks trying to make invisible avatars and
move their name way off screen so they can "lurk" in the OpenVerse and
just watch what is happening without participating or bothering anyone.

Problem is they are unable to truly lurk. Their name still appears in
the people pulldown menu.

I don't want to start a flame war about wether or not Lurking is a good
or bad thing but it might be cool to meet the need and provide a way for
someone to lurk.

Lurker mode should make the avatar and name dissappear from Openverse
and the people menu.

Channel Ops, hosts, captains, whatever could still see as transparent
avatars. (10% opacity or something)

Folks who want to talk in private should use the 'whisper mode' to avoid
being lurked.

Everyone of us has seen times when there are folks in the OpenVerse who
are logged in but not really there. I would use the lurk feature for
things like checking email or doing something on another desktop. That
way I could stay logged in without bothering anyone. When I return to
OpenVerse just de-lurk and join back in the conversation.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts and ideas on this issue.
