[OpenVerse] More NOT FUN suggestions

NOT FUN has pulldown-menu background color of gray (better than the blue,
IMO).  However, if one goes to OpenVerse->Passageways or Avatars->Avatars
or Users->Names, the background color changes back to blue for these
portions of the pulldown menu.
