[OpenVerse] AvEd bug

I just downloaded the latest CVS and tried AvEd.  It all works fine,
but there's one thing that may be a bug.  Make an avatar, click Save,
and then click Cancel in the file dialogue box.  The avatar-in-progress
is cleared (apparently the whole AvEd dialogue is restarted).  I don't
think it should be this way.
