[OpenVerse] Anyone know anything about Zoom PCI Modems?

I'm trying to get a Zoom PCI Modem working. 

Has anyone done this in Linux?

When it boots, the bios sees it at some strange address using IRQ 11 or
something like that. How do I get the OS to see it?
