1.  Moderation System.

	Operators would have some visual indication that they were ops. Perhaps a different colored nametag?
	Or perhaps an icon floating beside them?

	a. Channel Operators and the ability to give other operator status.
		1. /op nick
		2. /unop nick
	b. Kick - Completely knocks someone off the server.
		1. /kick nick
	c. ban - Ban someone based on ip address.
		1. /ban nick
		2. /ban ip address
	d. censor - Change someone's offensive avatar to something unoffensive (a harmless rabbit?)
		1. /censor nick

2.  Avatar editor improvements

	a. everywhere there is a list currently, add the option to open "browse" dialog box.

	b. The editting window should reflect the max image size that the server you are connected to allows.

	c. option to click and choose transparent color?

3.  Text mode chat - an option to turn off the avatars, and have only text mode chat?

4.  Right click menus.

	a. Ability to right click on a character and get a menu of these options.
		1. WHois
		2. Message
		3. Query 
		4. Kick
		5. Ban
		6. Censor
		7. Make Ops
		8. Push
		9. DCC send
		10. Allow plugins to add to this menu (if possible)

	b. Ability to right click on your OWN character and get a menu of these options.
		1. Edit AV
		2. Cascading menu of available avatars.
		3. WebCam toggle.
		4. Allow plugins to add to this menu (if possible)


5.  Scaling 
	a. Ability to scale the OV window up or down and have the background graphic resampled 
		larger or smaller, and all the characters positions to be scaled as well in relation to one another.
