URLs and DCC files are hard to see, and notice.  here's some
suggestions.

Make the URL "shiver" or "flash" when it first arrives.

Associate a beep or sound with the URL's arrival.

Make the URL show up in the text chat window, something like this

<URL from echo@work  http://www.openverse.org>

Also, make the URL have a nametag, sort of like an avatar, but perhaps a
different color (red? green?) that would say something like "from
echo@work" or whatever..

Another idea is to expand the URL command with an optional "Name" of the
URL.

/url * "Click on me to go to Slashdot" http://slashdot.org

Then the URL icon would have "Click on me to go to Slashdot" under it.
