I'm not sure if these are SCHATS (they don't go in your bubble), but they 
are the same sort of idea: 

Pop-ups over one's head:
/idea - which pops up a little light bulb above your head
/confusion - question mark over your head (or /huh, or /?)
/angel - halo over your head
/disorient - birdies flying in a circle over your head (or /birds)
/frustation - ?
/anger - strong lines over your head ??
/tipsy - lots of little bubbles over your head (think Beavis)
/love - little hearts over your head
/dumb - ?
/pain - ?
...

Or, changing the bubble shape:
/think words go here - (think bubble instead of speak bubble - little
circles leading up to text, instead of one big pointy bubble.)
/narrate words go here - (square bubble)

This would be nice.  It would also be nice if in AvEd, you could specify 2
bubble positions, one for if the bubble is "in front" of you, and one if
it is "behind" you.  I sometimes avoid ane side of the screen because my
bubble moves to where it covers up my avatar.
