I don't like captains too much, sounds too much like some scary gym
teacher type guy with a whistle. Too football sounding to me. I think
operator makes sense still... Or Moderator maybe. Or maybe you would want
to write a bouncer bot (or daemon like in snowcrash) and whenever a kick
is requested a vote can be made and then the bouncer takes care of it if
the vote goes through.
