I'm with cruise here... Here are a few questions I've seen recently...

How do I change Avatars?
How do you move like that?  (basic movement across room)
Can I make my own room?
How many users come here?
Why won't it load my .bmp (or .jpg) avatar images?
Why Can't I see the menu buttons? (users with 640x480 desktops)
How do you adjust your name tag and talk bubble?
How can I add this to my web page?

I've seen every one of the above questions every night for the last week
or so.

A good well maintained FAQ will go a long way to helping new users with
the learning curve.
