I deleted my openverse dir, and tcl, and reinstalled both from the full.
"netscape" is still the default browser.  Is the config file stored
somewhere else in windows (me)?

At first I thought it was because the "C:/windows/temp/openverse for windows"
directory is not deleted after installation.  When I tried to re-isntall
from last night, that directory was still there.  Thought maybe it didn't
overwrite properly, but that is apparently not the case.  I deleted both,
and reinstalled and netscape is still the default.
