[OpenVerse] Cruise's Workshop - Final changes.

The folllowing need more testing than I have time for today and have been put 
into the TODO.

* (need more testing) If room image does not download it won't let you 
connect anywhwere else.
* (bah for now, not critical) Limit move to within the server's boundries.
* (needs more testing) tear off avatar list problem


The following are the changes I put into CVS today for the 0.8-5 build.

   * CRUISE - Made new passageways file with all the rooms OpenVerse.org
	hosts.

        * CRUISE - Made it so the default room could not be
          overwritten.
 
        * CRUISE - Fixed a problem with the setup screen not
          displaying the default host and port.
 
        * CRUISE - Made a new Passageways List.

        * CRUISE - Changed version number in Globals file. Will
          write more code later today after I go play with my
          shotgun.

        * VILE - added some text to the server.cfg file to
          better explain some things.
