Herre are all the changes since Iast did a Cruise's Workshop message.
Everythign here is on the CVS - Learn to use it, download this stuff, help
test the changes,  I KISS YOU!

        * CRUISE - Added timestamps to server logs (duh!)
          Also added a ability to shut off logs with the
          variable MVS(log) - added TODO entry to put a
          checkbox in the personal server's log window to
          toggle it on or off.

        * CRUISE - There was a problem with the ORT skipping
          past stopps which were not down. Again, this problem
          was LAG related. If the remote site did not respond
          with it's number of user's and the message REGISTERED
          telling the ort it's happy with it being there, then
          the ort train would go on to the next stop cause it
          was still in moving mode and I had never anticipated
          it would take more than 1 second to get user and
          register info from the remote server :) SO! There
          is a new mode which should have been implemented to
          begin with. WARP. It will wait in warp more for a
          configurable ammount of time (5 seconds) for the
          remote server to respond with it's user cound and
          approval message and THEN move on to the next server.

        * SKETCH - Sketch fixed a problem with the counter
          server object not having a Counter.txt file in it.

        * CRUISE - re-aranged a procedure in InitMain so that
          sourced files could use that procedure. (like panels)
 
        * CRUISE - Moved the QuickKeys thing so pannels could
          overrwrite it.
 
        * CRUISE - Changed the frame for the panel to not expand
          so if a panel deecidees it can maximize, then it can
          and not have the menu thing do wierd stuff.
 
        * CRUISE - Created a "Pro" Pannel which has the textchat
          window built in. It is pretty much a combination of
          NotFun and TextChat window It overwrites the ToggleText
          function for drawing the TextChat window.. this should
          be noted! as always only the Fun pannel will gaurentee
          complete compatability but report any problems you have
          anyway.

        * CRUISE - made a commit script to automatically
          update the BUGS, CHANGELOG, and TODO files.

        * CRUISE - Updated BUGS and TODO files. Tested a
          reported bug but it appears to be windows only
          or tcl version specific. Downloaded the latest
          version from activestate but it did not fix the
          problem. I don't have it on RedHat Linux.
 
        * CRUISE - updated web pages to link to ActiveState
          for the location to download TCL
 
        * CRUISE - updated macintosh web page to reflect
          truth in advertisement with that product.

        * CRUISE - Oops - made it copy room.gif for you on
          Unix systems if it did not exist.
