[OpenVerse] The Workshop - some (more) changes

Still have not triggered the bug which was happeneing with full buffers yet.

Here is some stuff checked into the CVS recently.

        * UNUNUNIUM - UNIX Platforms were not copying the Pro
          Panel over and the Pro Pannel had a Text Chat menu
          option which was worthless. Both fixed.

        * CRUISE - worked on the problem with room downloads.
          if they fail and we're not connected to a server it
          should allow you to re-connect now without needing
          to re-start the client. Since the server now cancels
          all downloads for users who are not connected, there
          is no reason for the client to persist in thinking
          it's got a download going.
 
        * CRUISE - Oops - forgot to close the listening socket
          for people who logged off with pending transfers.
          this is now, also, done.

        * CRUISE - Fixed a bug in the server which was trying
          to unset a variable which sometimes wouldn't be set
          if a user loged off before his transfer started.
 
        * CRUISE - Fixed a bug which would cause the server
          to generate an error if a user logged off while his
          avatar was uploading. Now - as should have been done
          long ago, DCC transfers by users are killed when they
          disconnect.

        * CRUISE - Updated the quote page again.
 
        * CRUISE - Changed the version number in Globals.tcl
          to 0.8-6
