[OpenVerse] TOOBIG bug or something

Dunno if this is really a bug, but i'm drunk so i wanna get this
mentioned otherwise i'll forget when i faceplant later.

I switched to my rsbasic.av avatar while a shiteload of other avatars
were downloading.  There was lag.  Apparently the max gif size in the
main room changed, and my av wouldn't work anymore.  The av was
animated, so I got stuck with lots and lots of backed up "The server
said 'TOOBIG'!.. etc" messages because of the lag.

Odd thing is, now i just switched to that .av and there's no TOOBIG
happening... fucked if i know.

Probably would be a good thing that if a TOOBIG happens, the client
shuts off animation until the user picks another av.
