[OpenVerse] Crusie's Workshop - bugfixes.

Here are some bug fixes and features. All are on the CVS for you to download. If
no one else fixes the other bugs i'll try to do them tomorow morning.

        * CRUISE - Fixed a problem with users trying to load bad avatars
          in AvEd. It was detecting them being bad but failing to give
          them an error message.
 
        * CRUISE - Added flood protection to the server code.
 
        * CRUISE - Forced default values on ORT location if they were blank.

        * CRUISE - Changed some (C) dates
 
        * CRUISE - Updated the CREDITS file.
 
        * CRUISE - fixed a broken link the the AvEd help
          file and several others in the Technical
          Documentation Section
 
        * CRUISE -Completed the Ohlp -> Html converter
          for help pages on the web wich match the help pages
          within the software.
 
        * CRUISE - Updated the README file

        * CRUISE - Fixed the windows related bug which
          prevented users from copying info out of the
          textchat
window.
