[OpenVerse] Sketch's Workshop - default browser change.

Sketch added some platform specific settings for the browser command with
changes to the globals.tcl file...

Grab it on the CVS.

Sketch - I added $MV(homedir)/ to the pinfo image - I've used OpenVerse on every
windows platform there is except XP and that does not cause a problem on any of
them.
